Houston Insiders 2nd Annual Summer Showcase

The Houston Insiders are hosting an NCAA Certified Event for High School girls. The Event will take place in the KATY ISD at Taylor High School, July 30 - 31, 2009. This tournament is a live viewing period for college coaches. The earliest possible games begin at 8:00am on Thursday and the championship game will be over by 6:00pm on Friday.  Entry fee is only $300 per team. Team and individual Trophies will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place team members.

All Coaches of Girls Teams must be NCAA-approved. 

1. Coach Certification:  All Coaches of High School Girls teams must have a valid NCAA Approval number in order to coach at this event. It must be current for 2009.  
2. Go to the NCAA Coaches Approval Program to obtain your Approval number if you don’t have one: https://screening.lexisnexis.com/eventcheck/ncaa/
3. Individuals who have a current approval, but do not remember their number can access and reprint their report with the following link:  http://screening.lexisnexis.com/eventcheck/ncaa/applicantloginalternate.aspx
4. NCAA Team Registration: The NCAA requires all coaches of Varsity Girls teams to enter their rosters online. To enter your roster with the NCAA Go to http://web1.ncaa.org/BBCS/exec/login/
   

Be sure to check off the Houston Insiders 2nd  Summer Showcase on your list of Team Events so that we have access to your roster.  This information will appear in our college coaches book that will be provided at the tournament, so please ensure your roster is current.
